Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Kırıkkale Belediyesi tarafından geliştirilen ve işletilen “Vatandaş Talep ve Şikâyet Yönetim Sistemi – WhatsApp Business Entegrasyonu” için hazırlanmıştır.
2. Toplanan Veriler
Uygulamamız üzerinden WhatsApp aracılığıyla bizimle iletişime geçtiğinizde aşağıdaki kişisel verileriniz işlenmektedir:
Ad ve Soyad
Telefon Numarası
Mesaj İçeriği (talep, şikâyet, bildirimler)
3. İşleme Amaçları
Toplanan verileriniz yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılmaktadır:
Vatandaşlardan gelen taleplerin, şikâyetlerin ve bildirimlerin alınması
Bu bildirimlerin sistemde “ticket”a dönüştürülmesi
İlgili belediye birimlerine iletilmesi ve çözüm sürecinin yönetilmesi
Vatandaşa geri bildirim yapılması
4. Veri Paylaşımı
Verileriniz yalnızca belediyenin yetkili birimleriyle paylaşılmakta olup, üçüncü kişilerle ticari amaçlarla paylaşılmamaktadır.
5. Saklama Süresi
Verileriniz, yukarıda belirtilen amaçlar doğrultusunda gerekli süre boyunca saklanacak, ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen sürelerin bitiminde silinecektir.
